Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds apply to ShipKorea.in services.
1. Before pickup
If you cancel a booking before pickup, any advance amount collected (if applicable) is fully refundable.
2. After shipment
Once a shipment has been picked up and processed, charges for completed services (pickup, documentation, freight, customs) are generally non-refundable.
3. Service failures
If we fail to deliver due to our error, we will re-attempt delivery or provide an appropriate refund for the affected service portion.
4. Loss or damage
Claims for loss or damage are handled per your declared value and any insurance purchased. Contact us promptly to initiate a claim.
5. How to request a refund
Email Admin@shipkorea.in with your booking reference and details. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
